*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be adept at performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a hands-on individual who can analyze issues, maintain equipment, and ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. *Responsibilities* * Conduct repairs in areas such as: * Drwall, tile, wood floor touch up, minor finish carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing, minor flat roof, painting * Communicate with customers *Experience* * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
