Tasks: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables. Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers). Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools. Measuring tools: Micrometers. Verniers. Equipment and machinery experience: Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
