*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and experience in patient care, particularly within hospital and acute care settings. The Physiotherapist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans that enhance patient recovery and improve their quality of life. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients? physical abilities and limitations. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. * Implement therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, strength, and function. * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. * Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation exercises and strategies for recovery. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices. *Requirements* * A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. * Valid physiotherapy license to practice in the relevant state or region. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy. * Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory. * Proven ability in providing high-quality patient care in hospital or acute care settings. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationSault Ste.
