Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Payroll Specialist. Responsibilities: Process semi-monthly payroll for 800+employees located in AB, BC, ON, QC including salaried employees, expatriate employees, etc. Prepare for employees' payroll information collection and approval, including processing expatriates' payroll and tax equalization, and coordinating with a third party for expatriates' tax return. Coordinate with Payroll Share Service Centre (PSSC) and support PSSC as needed by reviewing payroll entries and adjustments to ensure accuracy. Process year-end tasks by reviewing reports to verify the accuracy of payroll data. Generate T4 and T4A, RL-1 slips. Prepare annual returns and filings to third parties. Reconciliate payroll remittance and the accounts of CRA and revenue Quebec as well as employee benefit deductions and- LocationMarkham, ON
