*Qualifications*: * Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or equivalent * CPA designation * Bilingualism: fluent in French and English is required * Experience in Sage Intacct an asset * Knowledge of Canadian GAAP (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises and Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations) * 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or financial services environment, investment background a plus * Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel. Knowledge of FIS Investran investment software, a plus. * Strong attention to detail, and analytical and organizational skills *Key Responsibilities*: * Perform all accounting cycle functions, with a focus on investment activity, for a suite of distinct individuals and entities within a group * Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, in accordance with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises or Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations * Prepare year-end audit support files * Prepare and maintain various reports for both internal and external recipients, including investment returns * Review investment reconciliations and documentation, including capital calls, distribution memorandums, commitment schedules * Maintain adherence to internal control standards * Liaise with 3rd party investee contacts to gather information and provide accounting support * Prepare ad-hoc reporting as requested Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Benefits: * RRSP match Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 5C7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Accounting: 5 years (required) Language: * French (required) Licence/Certification: * CPA CA designation (required) Work Location: In person- LocationPointe-Claire, QC
