The Car Club has been in business more than twenty years and enjoys relationships with most ,major banks and finance companies. We are seeking the right people for our retail sales arm. This is a role for experienced automotive retail individuals. No others need apply. The job requires a proven track record in automotive sales and finance. Your role will focus on three core elements. 1. Closer. You will be tasked with taking customer turnovers from staff. Client will have selected and driven a vehicle and expressed interest in learning more about prices and payments, vehicle history, and more. Your job will be to turn those into deals. 2. Finance Manager. You will be tasked with finalizing deals that are closed by you. This will include finalizing finance arrangements with the banks, preparing files, completing licensing arrangements and sitting with the client on delivery. 3. Sales Management. Your role will also include the management of a set of prospects in CRM designed to turn into deals in your office. You will be in charge of ensuring leads are followed up correctly and to get personally involved when necessary to maximize sales. The right candidate for this position is looking for an opportunity to work hard, earn well, learn and grow. Note: This is not a non-prime position, although some may land in your office. We have staff very experienced in non-prime, the person we seek is retail focused, but willing to learn as they grow, about non-prime when it lands in their office. Three evenings a week until 8, and Saturdays are required as part of this full time position. Base salary to be discussed and is commiserate with experience.
