Insolvency Estate Administrator (Experienced) CHANDE Debt Solutions, Licensed Insolvency Trustee, has an immediate opening for an experienced insolvency estate administrator. Our insolvency estate administrators enjoy an empowering work environment where they get to work on most aspects of an insolvency administration rather than being restricted to doing one or two functions day in day out. This enables our administrators to have a fulfilling professional career rather than being a piece of the puzzle. Main Job Duties: · Preparing sign-up documents · Filing new estates and all estate administration forms · Issuing stay of proceeding notices as required · Reviewing and entering proofs of claim · Administering all aspects of a consumer proposal engagement, including but not limited to: o Monitoring consumer proposals (acceptance & rejection) o Drafting minutes of meeting of creditors o Monitoring performance of proposals and issuing annulments as required · Being able to communicate effectively with creditors, debtors and various third parties · Other insolvency estate and administrative duties as required. Experience and Qualifications: · Minimum of 1 year of consumer-focused insolvency estate administrator experience · Excellent customer service experience · Ability to work in a fast-past environment · Proven team player within a professional office · Experience with Ascend and Microsoft Office · Experience in administering consumer proposal is an asset This is a full-time in-person position located in Mississauga, Ontario.
