*Job Overview* We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions while also engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences. This role requires both artistic talent and the ability to sell products in a retail environment. *Responsibilities* * Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions. * Consult with customers to determine their floral needs and preferences. * Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and communicating effectively. * Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability. * Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately. * Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop. * Stay updated on current trends in floral design and sales techniques. * Engage in landscape maintenance tasks as needed. *Requirements* * Previous experience in floral design or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. * Sales experience in retail settings is highly desirable. * Knowledge of garden care and landscape maintenance is beneficial. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Attention to detail and a creative mindset are essential for success in this role.
