We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Spa Supervisor to join our team. The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our spa, including scheduling, customer service, and sales. *Responsibilities:* * Oversee the training, and scheduling of spa staff * Ensure that spa services are provided in a timely and efficient manner * Manage spa inventory and ordering of supplies * Implement spa promotions and marketing strategies * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, as well as vendors and suppliers * Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience * Ensure that all spa operations are in compliance with local health and safety regulations *Qualifications:* * 1+ years of retail or management experience * Strong leadership and management skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong organizational and time management skills * A passion for the spa and wellness industry We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
