Our team of supply chain and logistics experts speak your language and operate in your world.</p><p>We're looking for a bilingual customer service agent to join a great team for our client in the construction industry, located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. <br> <br>Main responsibilities: <br> <br>- Contribute to the company's image by ensuring the quality of information provided to customers; <br>- Ensure and monitor the integrity and accuracy of information entered into the customer management system when opening and updating customer accounts; <br>- Assist customers with account openings, updates, payments, complaints or requests for information, by telephone, return e-mail or letter, or in direct contact with customers; <br>- Explain product sales conditions clearly and fairly. <br>- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys; <br>- Monitor and validate exceptional transactions on a daily basis, whether declared or not, and if necessary, draw up an analysis report to share information; <br>- Participate in call center activities as defined by the Customer Service Supervisor; <br>- Other duties related to the position.</p><p>Skills required : <br> <br>- Completed DES; <br>- One (1) to three (3) years' experience in customer service; <br>- Communication skills (English and French) and computer skills (an important asset); <br>- Customer service orientation and self-control; <br>- Ability to multitask;</p>- LocationSalaberry-de-Valleyfield, QC
