*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and a desire to educate and inspire young athletes. This role involves teaching gymnastics skills, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students and groups. * Instruct students in various gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, uneven bars, and floor exercises. * Educate students on the importance of safety practices during training sessions. * Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. * Organize and lead warm-up and cool-down activities to promote physical fitness. * Maintain a clean and safe gym environment by following all safety protocols. * Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and any concerns. * Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. *Qualifications* * Previous experience as a gymnastics instructor or coach is preferred but not required. * Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety practices. * Ability to educate students effectively while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekdays.
