This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations. * Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of a physician. * Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes. * Perform minor procedures such as injections. * Prescribe medications and order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, x-rays, ultrasounds) * Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated high-quality care. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records using systems like PS Suites * Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment, and preventive care. * Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice. *\*Qualifications\** * *Canadian Certified Nurse Practitioner* * Strong clinical skills across a variety of medical areas, including acute care and pediatrics. * Proficiency with electronic medical records systems, particularly PS Suites is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management.
