*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team in creating delicious baked goods that delight our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in baking and food preparation, and will be dedicated to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, crafting a variety of products while ensuring exceptional customer service. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including pastries, cakes, and cookies. * Decorate cakes and other desserts with creativity and attention to detail. * Package finished products for display and sale while ensuring freshness and quality. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and fulfill customer orders efficiently. * Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs regarding baked goods. *Skills* * Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. * Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen operations. * Proficiency in cake decorating and presentation skills. * Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment. * A passion for baking and creating high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
