WC is looking for experienced siding Installers for commercial job in North nanaimo. sub contractors will know all aspects of the job and able to start work as soon as possible. We are flexible with availability. Job Duties: installation of exterior finishings, hardie panel and plank, vinyl, cedar, corrugated metal, panel & lap siding etc. soffits, flashing, rain screen, cladding, gutters, fascia, peel and stick, variety of construction tasks, site clean-up, install windows and doors, assist sub-trades when needed REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: construction/carpentry and all siding methods, installing hardie panel and plank, board & batten, vinyl. Safe use of hand and power tools, work comfortably and safely from heights pay based on experience- training start rate with gradual raise when installing Please let me know if you carry aerial platform, first aid, fall arrest or any other certifications (asset) Please let me know if you can measure and read blue prints and/or quote jobs (asset) If you are interested please apply and state availability and starting date Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Siding: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * First Aid Certification (preferred) * Man/aerial lift ticket (preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationNanaimo, BC
