Throughout North America, Europe, South America and Asia, Napoleon creates memorable moments through our stunning designs and innovative technologies. *Accounts Payable Analyst* Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the administration of payables and related duties Key Responsibilities: ? Process open payable invoices and inter-company payments ? Prepare cheque runs and confirm all pricing and related information ? Back-up A/P, NAC, and WUSA ? Prepare and process bi-weekly discount cheques ? Confirm vendor statements to system ? Maintain vendor maintenance in Visual ? Run month-end reporting ? Maintain credit info and process vendor applications ? Reconcile purchase receipt accrual ? Year-end accruals *Education & Experience:* ? Must have 2-3 years of recognized accounting program or equivalent. ? Analytical reasoning. ? Minimum three years? related accounts payable experience. ?
