Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Provide sightseeing information. Provide passengers with information on fares, schedules and stops. Collect fares and record transactions. Report delays, mechanical problems and accidents. Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures. Deal with public. Deal with difficult passengers and resolve conflicts. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Driver's Licence (Class 2 or B or C).
