*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to new build landscaping and the use of both power and hand tools. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a mechanical aptitude, we encourage you to apply. *Responsibilities* * Perform landscape building; spreading soil, laying sod, spreading gravel, assist laying brick for driveways, patio and walkways, as well as retaining walls. * Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects. * Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. * Dig, build, and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features. * Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after use. * Residential building cleaning up of materials. * Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with hand tools including shovels, rakes, and pruners is beneficial. * Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50lbs), digging, and standing for extended periods. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. *Additional Role* * The position also transitions over to the winter with snow removal, and is at a higher rate of pay.
