Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a Red Seal Ticket in Refrigeration, Sheet Metal, or Gas Fitting, or have extensive experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems is essential. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and team members are a must. Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. * Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues with heating and cooling systems. * Must be proficient at Brazing and Soldering with the ability to fabricate components as necessary for system repairs or modifications. * Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and troubleshoot effectively. * Plumb new installations or modifications as required by project specifications. * Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Skills * Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components. * Proficiency in Brazing and Soldering techniques applicable to HVAC repairs. * Ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems. * Familiarity with plumbing principles as they relate to HVAC installations. * Experience in appliance repair is a plus. * Ability to read and understand schematics for effective troubleshooting. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
