Northern Alberta Division is currently seeking exceptional security personnel to be employed at one of 2 sites located in *Redwater, Alberta.* Security Personnel protect the public while demonstrating vigilance and excellent customer service in a dynamic environment. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * Must have an Alberta Security License or be willing to obtain. * Ability to handle a dynamic environment * Represent the Commissionaires with a high level of professionalism and customer service skills, as well as effective communication skills in dealing with clients, emergency personnel, and the public * Ability to work under pressure, and make sound decisions in emergency situations * Ability to carry out written and verbal instructions including writing comprehensive reports * Strong computer skills *Essential Job Functions:* * Writing detailed and accurate reports regarding all incidents * Providing a high degree of customer service in a dynamic and challenging environment * Ability to de-escalate situations that may arise and liaise with emergency personnel; provide support * Strong computer skills * Capability to work a rotational / on call shift schedule on a 4 on 4 off days or nights rotation *What?s in it for you:* * Competitive pay * Possibility of a yearly bonus * Top notch benefits package * Free training * Free uniforms * Working with exceptional people We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those applicants that are short listed will be contacted for an interview. Are you able to meet grooming standards that will allow a fitted gas mask to be worn? * Are you comfortable learning and using new computer programs? This job requires a high degree of technical expertise and willingness to learn. * Do you have a reliable vehicle that you can use to get to the site Licence/Certification: * First Aid Certifcate (preferred) * Alberta Security License (required) * Drivers License (class 5 or higher) (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-20- LocationRedwater, AB
