*Job Summary* We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various residential homes, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing cleaning tasks. *Responsibilities* * Must have a valid driver?s license, reliable vehicle for commuting to client locations, and a phone for effective communication. * Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential settings, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. * Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. * Conduct custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, replenishing supplies, and maintaining hygiene. * Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any cleaning needs or concerns. * Operate power tools and hand tools safely when required for cleaning tasks. * Heavy lifting as necessary during cleaning operations. * Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. *Skills* * Proficiency in residential home cleaning. * Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members. * Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. * Experience in residential cleaning environments is a plus. * Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining clean and safe spaces. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms. * Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools safely. * Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
