Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience - Perform a variety of hair styling services, including haircuts, trims, and styling - Utilize excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences - Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue - Maintain a clean and organized work station, following proper sanitization protocols - Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling cash transactions Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Barber or hairstylist - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients - Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Proficiency in retail sales and upselling salon products - Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus Join our team of talented Barbers and be part of a dynamic salon environment.
