As the Product Manager, you will define and execute a product vision that prioritizes client outcomes. Partnering with the Client Experience, Development, and Sales/Marketing Teams, you will strategically align the product roadmap with business objectives and implement systems that optimize the product function. This leadership role requires someone ready to make impactful decisions and thrive in challenging situations. *Who You Are* * Experienced Professional: Proven experience in software product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. * Continuous Learner: Eager to learn and grow while delivering exceptional results. * Passionate Advocate: Driven to build a passion around NetBenefit?s solutions and their real-world impact. * Strategic Problem-Solver: Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset. * Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage different groups of people. * Organized Multitasker: Adaptable and highly organized, with the ability to align competing priorities into a unified action plan. * Content & Online Engagement: Assist in developing and executing content strategies to boost engagement on our website and LinkedIn. * Thinks Beyond Product into Distribution: Contribute to strategies for launching new products and features successfully. *Qualifications:* * Data-Driven Approach: Use quantitative and qualitative data to deeply understand client challenges and inform the product roadmap. * Resource Management: Continuously manage resources and priorities to execute on the product roadmap, product releases, and strategic projects. * User-Centric Design: Bring a client-centric approach to product design and development, focusing on user experience. * Industry Expertise: Become an expert in the socioeconomic software industry and market trends. * Process & Tool Expertise: Utilize JIRA for detailed project tracking and coordination, applying Agile principles to foster an adaptive and efficient product development environment. * Process Optimization: Drive process improvements, automating and optimizing the product function. * Team Leadership: Fit into an extremely high-performance team where every team member has ownership and accountability over their business area.
