*Reports to:* Industry Segment Manager ? Food & Packaging *Summary:* Responsible for the strategic development of the Food & Packaging Segment in accordance with the overall corporate strategy. *Location:* Central Canada *Responsibilities:* ? Executes national strategic initiatives for Food & Packaging Industry ? Manages the price policy and customer conditions in line with the company policies and in collaboration with the IS Manager ? Effectively handles strategic accounts and achieves agreed sales targets ? Coaches and trains the team (i.e., Sales Engineers, and Application Engineers) in Industry related knowledge ? Contributes to the preparation and implementation of marketing strategies for the Food and Packaging Industry ? Supports IS Team Leader, Sales Manager and Management in general providing market inputs and information ? Responsible for collection of product requirements of the Industry Segment as an input for ISP ? Maintain opportunities and strategic initiatives for target accounts ? Actively search for and initiate sales activity with new companies in the territory *Minimum Requirements:* ? Technical degree, Masters or similar, preferably in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ? MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object ? 5 years relevant experience ? Specific knowledge in the Food & Packaging industry ?
