Cotton Inc. requires a career-minded *Heavy Equipment Operator *to work with our construction crews. Heavy construction equipment may include excavators, dozers, bobcats and other pieces of equipment. Operators will be working with our construction crews, working in a team environment to accomplish projects efficiently & timely. Labour work and other duties include may be assigned as necessary. Cotton Inc. employees enjoy competitive wages, overtime opportunities, an excellent health benefit package and pension plan. *Qualifications and Skills* Successful candidates must have: * min. 3 years experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and loaders * experience with watermain & sewer installations, roadwork, grading, commercial work, considered an asset * valid drivers licence with clean abstract * knowledge of construction site requirements * ability to read grading plans * professional/mature demeanor * ability to work with little supervision * a strong attention to detail \*\*\*\* Wages to be determined , based on experience.
