Visit _www.rxconnect.ca_ _*EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: *_ * A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace * Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment. * Excellent collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done. * Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization. * Ability to look at situations from several points of view. * Persuasive with details and facts * Delegate responsibilities effectively * High comfort level working in a diverse environment. * Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline * Two or more years of reimbursement navigation experience involving private and public payers is required. * Two or more years of related pharmacy experience an asset. * Organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy. * Excellent knowledge of Canadian drug reimbursement landscape * Knowledge of pharmacy operations * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Excellent time management skills * Strong attention to detail a priority. _*MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:*_ * Excellent customer services skills * Understanding of provincial and private drug coverage criteria * Familiarity with the Special Authorization process for both public and private insurance in assigned territory. * Strong computer and technical skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, tablets, web-portals/internet use * Experience with Kroll Pharmacy Management System is an asset. * Making decisions using sound judgment, and meeting deadlines. * Accurate data collection and data integrity * Ease with working in a paperless environment. * Ability to drive for results. * Proven ability to work in a team environment.
