Summary of day-to-day responsibilities: • Design high quality, multi-approach blended learning and performance solutions on a variety of learning programs that supports business strategic priorities, enable people strategies and impact key business measures. • Build solid relationships with partners to ensure open communication, via active participation in meetings/working sessions to ensure credit risk interests are being effectively managed. • Act as a subject matter expert with both practical and technical expertise in all areas of content design and development applying adult learning principles and leading industry best practices. • Lead out on project scoping and planning, setting the standards for the learner experience that will enable learning objectives to be satisfied.
