*Key Responsibilities:* * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marketing sector through research, networking, and cold calling. * Understand the marketing needs of potential clients and work with the internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and internal teams to foster trust and partnership. * Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the agency's quality standards. * Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to strategically position the agency in the market. * Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. * Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the agency and gather market intelligence. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency or related industry. * Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and team members at all levels. * Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
