*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR management. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. You will play a key role in ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews to attract top talent.
* Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
* Maintain accurate employee records and assist with data collection for HR reporting purposes.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits to enhance employee relations.
* Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in human resources management or related field is preferred.
* Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
* Experience with talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
* Experience with IT would be considered an asset.
