Job details
J.R.E. Hardware, a local supplier of Architectural Hardware, is looking to add an Office Manager to their team. Duties would include answering phones, sorting & distributing incoming mail and emails, filing & organization, maintaining a clean workspace and showroom, as well as managing shipping of products through various couriers. As we operate with a public showroom, a friendly and professional demeanor will be required.
*\*\*Please note we are a scent-free office\*\**
Other Duties May Include:
- Assisting with logistics
Additional Skills (assets):
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Sales experience
Typically we are a smaller team and are looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to work in all areas of our operation. Team player needed!
Minimum 3 years of Administrative experience, high school diploma and fluency in English required. Must have reliable transportation.
