*White Water Management* is looking for an experienced and highly organized *HSE Administrator, *based out of our Calgary office.
*The HSE Administrator is responsible for the completion of safety statistics, managing HSE programs and the coordination with employees to ensure compliance to client specific training*. This position reports to the HSE Manager.
*Responsibilities:*
* Responsible for compiling safety statistics
* Ensure HSE documents are kept up to date and formatted correctly
* Coordination with employees to book client specific training
* Manage the in-vehicle monitoring program, including monitoring alerts, driver score cards, event follow up and positive recognition
* Oversee the administration of the Work Hub, Samsara and Site Docs platforms
* Manage prescription safety glasses program
* Daily communication (phone and email) with employees, managers and subcontractors with a strong focus on customer service
* Serve as the minute taker for the monthly safety meeting, Joint Health & Safety Committee and HSEQ meetings
* Prepare reports and documentation, as required
* Assist with other administrative duties, as required
*Qualifications: *
* 2 - 4 years minimum experience in an administrative role. Any experience in a Health and Safety role is considered a strong asset
* Health and Safety Administrator designation considered an asset
* Experience with Work Hub, Site Docs or Samsara is an asset
* Intermediate to strong knowledge with the Microsoft Office Suite

* Ability to balance and flex with shifting priorities and workloads
* Analytical skills: The ability to analyze and interpret data
