Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Swimming. Tasks: Carry out management duties. Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs . Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance. Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Level 1 Certificate in Coaching. Level 2 Certificate in Coaching. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Criminal record check. Child Abuse Registry check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Willing to travel. Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Leadership. Dependability.
