We?re looking for a Customer Service Representative who?s ready to be at the heart of our operations! This role is all about making sure our customers feel valued and supported, from the moment an order comes into the final follow-up. If you?re someone who thrives on organization, communication, and creating a seamless experience, we?d love to have you on board.
*In this role, you will be:*
* Serving as the main contact for our sales team, receiving and processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency,
* Creating and managing orders, ensuring that all details are precise and up to date,
* Providing timely updates to customers, notifying them when their orders are shipped,
* Following up with customers the day after delivery to confirm everything went as planned and that they?re satisfied with the process,
* Collaborating with shipping companies to ensure on-time deliveries, addressing any issues quickly,
* Coordinating inventory at our public warehouse, aligning orders with stock and keeping everything well-organized,
* Collecting and organizing essential shipping paperwork from external warehouses to provide to the invoicing department,
* Supporting marketing efforts by helping to create and distribute impactful materials to our audience,
* Perform any other related tasks.
*We?re seeking someone who has:*
* Experience in customer service
* Strong multitasking abilities
* Experience in data entry
* Experience in transport logistics (an asset)
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to follow up effectively and ensure customer satisfaction
