The successful candidate could be located remotely, or based out of the main facility at Vonda SK.  As the Nutritionist, your responsibilities include: Independently leading, developing, and presenting training sessions to the Highline Team including Sales/Territory Managers, R&D department, Service personnel and other related team members. This includes Highline dealer personnel regarding the latest animal nutrition information which would be pertinent to Highline products.Working with the R&D Team to provide input regarding the development of new products and/or enhancing current products that will improve farming efficiencies.To develop, direct and execute field research conducted by Highline Manufacturing on site and at various locations to capture and interpret data. This will include demonstrating how our products will assist in acheiving maximum economic returns. To provide leadership and expert guidance in the investigation and resolution of customer problems related to agricultural practices and improper use of equipment. The following qualifications will be needed to successfully perform in this role: A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture however a Masters Degree is PreferredA minimum of 3 years of experience along with up to date knowledge of Best Farming PracticesStrong communication skills and interpersonal skillsStrong organization skills and ability to work independently or within a teamMust have the availability to travel 75% of the time within Canada, US, and occasionally overseas About the Benefits As a valued member of our team, you can look forward to a competitive salary plus great benefits, including:Competitive, performance-based payHealth & Dental benefits and a flexible Health Spending AccountCompany-matching Retirement Savings PlanCompany-wide profit sharing planAnnual Personal Protective Equipment allowanceRegular staff BBQs, holiday parties, and employee appreciation events!
