In the event that this appointment is continued beyond the initial term, based on Ministry funding and at the discretion of the Board, the teacher will have the option to continue in this assignment or return to their original school, subject to the identification of surplus.<p>Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board will partner with Loyalist College to offer a Dual Credit opportunity for select students in the form of a School Within A College (SWAC). This program offers students with 22 or more accumulated credits the opportunity to earn secondary school credits and college delivered Dual Credits at the college campus.<p>The SWAC teacher will be responsible for programming for students to achieve their secondary school credits, through a variety of opportunities including traditional courses, blended and online learning, coop, credit recovery and workshops.
