Our team in *Kamloops KIA *has strong principles in demonstrating integrity in all aspects whilst embracing Cam Clark Automotive Group values. _*You will be accountable for:*_ · Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure a harmonious work environment. · Strive for complete customer satisfaction through exceptional service interactions across the department. · Provide detailed information to customers regarding available vehicles for purchase. · Successfully close sales transactions while suggesting additional products or services. · Complete sales while offering additional products and/or services. · Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale. · Address and resolve any objections or concerns raised by potential customers. · Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare offers to purchase. · Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth. · Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. · Use customer relation management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness. · Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation. · Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and research. · Other duties as assigned. *Desired Qualifications:* · High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent · Must possess a valid Driver?s License and VSA License · One or more years of Auto sales experience · Understand the importance of CSI/CVP · Fluent English communication, a second language is an asset. *Pay Range Offered:* · $60,000.00 up to $120,000.00 _*We thank all applicants for their interest in this position; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.*_ Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * Store discount Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Kamloops, BC V2B 2X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * automotive sales: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) * VSA License (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationKamloops, BC
