Job Title: Business Analyst - Senior Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 3 Months Job Description: Mandatory Requirements At least 5+ years of experience of software quality assurance and testing experience, in an Agile/SDLC environment Desired Skills and Experience: Proven experience of functional testing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operation (F&O) Solid understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, testing principles and processes in testing of ERP and CRM solution Strong knowledge and experience of: Use case generation, automated and manual testing, and bug lifecycle management Bug tracking and test case management tools (JIRA, Azure TFS) API testing (JSON, REST), using tools such as Postman and JMeter- LocationToronto, ON
