Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Estimating. Tasks: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems. Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors. Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Repair glass doors and other glass structures. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word. Type of experience: Commercial and/or industrial construction. Structural engineering. Area of work experience: Project coordination. Area of specialization: Project management. Work planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling.
