We're on the lookout for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Real Estate Content Creator, Social Media Manager & Podcast Producer. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, social media, and podcasting, this is the perfect opportunity for you!</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><strong>Filming & Editing:</strong> Capture and produce high-quality video content for property listings, company events, and promotional materials.</li><li><strong>Photography:</strong> Take professional-grade photographs of homes and properties, showcasing them in the best possible light.</li><li><strong>Drone Operations:</strong> Operate drones to capture aerial footage of properties, providing unique and engaging perspectives for marketing materials.</li><li><strong>Content Creation:</strong> Develop engaging video and photographic content for social media, websites, and other platforms to highlight our properties and services.</li><li><strong>Graphic Design:</strong> Design flyers, brochures, and signage for property listings and company promotions.</li><li><strong>Post-Production:</strong> Edit and finalize all media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand standards and vision.</li><li><strong>Social Media Management:</strong> Develop and manage social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.</li><li><strong>Podcast Production:</strong> Plan, record, edit, and produce podcast episodes, including coordinating with guests, setting up recording equipment, and managing post-production.</li><li><strong>Analytics & Reporting:</strong> Monitor social media and podcast metrics, providing regular reports on the performance of content and campaigns, and making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create cohesive and impactful media strategies.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in video production, photography, drone operation, social media management, and podcast production.</li><li>Proficiency with video editing software, audio editing software and graphic design tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>FAA Drone Certification is a plus.</li><li>A portfolio demonstrating past work in photography, videography, editing, social media management, and podcast production is required.</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary with opportunities for growth.</li><li>Full-time position with benefits.</li><li>Work in a dynamic and creative environment.</li><li>Opportunity to showcase your creative skills in content creation, social media management, and podcast production in a growing real estate market.</li></ul><p>How to Apply:</p><p>If you're a creative professional with a passion for real estate, visual storytelling, social media, and podcasting, we'd love to hear from you!
