The Supply Chain Internship duration is May through August.This position will be based out of our Florenceville, New Brunswich, CA office.The Supply Chain Intern will join McCain Foods' North American Supply Chain organization and contribute to its goals and objectives. This role will support one primary function, which could include Planning, Logistics, Customer Solutions, E2E Network Operations, or Supply Chain Excellence. The Supply Chain Intern is expected to gain a broad understanding of supply chain processes and tools, potentially including inventory management, capacity planning, demand/supply planning, warehouse management, transportation planning, customer relationship management, and analytics.The TeamMcCain's North American Supply Chain team is right in the middle of the action. Our team comprises six primary functions: Demand & Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Logistics, Customer Solutions, E2E Network Operations, and Supply Chain Excellence. We are responsible for planning and operating the Supply Chain across all product categories and engaging with North American and Global stakeholders. You will find you are surrounded by team members looking out for one another and always available to help someone in need. What You Will Be Working On The Supply Chain Intern will complete work designed to develop and broaden supply chain skills. Candidates will focus on one core functional area, which could be split between daily/weekly/monthly processes and improvement projects. Beyond those responsibilities, interns will work on key development activities to grow business acumen, leadership capabilities, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
