High client base with potentially excellent fill rate due to great volume of office workers and walk-ins.* *We are a professional, supportive, and innovative clinic focused on improving the health of Canadians through many therapeutic services: massage therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology, and more.* *Job Description:* * Performs biomechanical. fitness, and functional assessments. * Guide and educate patients with recommended treatment plans. * Carry out fitness training sessions or rehabilitation sessions. * Be knowledgeable in the principles of Pilates training and deliver this information to clients. * Collaborates with other healthcare professionals regarding the patient's condition, needs, and progress. *What we offer our Instructors:* * Predictable & high income (with competitive split) * A flexible schedule that works for you (Clinic hours 8:00AM to 8:00PM with AM/PM shift) * 100% Administrative support, Laundry Service and Linens * Exercise equipment, Kinesiology tape, and other equipment as needed * Kitchen area * Strong team and management support * Speaker system, access to online booking system (Jane App) * Regional and local marketing campaigns * Team environment with a lot of collaboration opportunities * Extended Health Benefit *Your qualifications:* * At least 1 year experience working as a Pilates Instructor * Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics * Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of common medical conditions * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals Job Type: Part-time Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Expected hours: 25 ? 55 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Extended health care * Flexible schedule Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Pilates Instruction: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationVancouver, BC
