We are seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team in an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Office. This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for growth. *Key Responsibilities: * * Assist with oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures (training will be provided for candidates without prior surgical experience). * Begin in the sterilization area while undergoing hands-on training to become familiarized with office protocols and surgical assistance techniques. * Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and operatories. * Provide excellent patient care and support before, during, and after procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with sterilization and infection control standards. * Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations. *Requirements:* * Certified Dental Assistant certification is mandatory. * Surgical experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. * Reception experience is preferred but not required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. * Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. *What we Offer:* * Competitive compensation package * 6 paid sick or personal days per year. * Paid vacation time. * Annual uniform allowance. * Comprehensive training and opportunities for professional development.
