*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Electrician for our residential and commercial property management business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, including the ability to read blueprints and schematics, as well as experience with both low voltage and industrial electrical work. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. * Renovate existing electrical systems to meet current codes and standards. * Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work activities. *Skills:* * Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Knowledge of low voltage systems and industrial electrician practices. * Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various projects. * Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to electrical work.
