*Introduction* Are you a chiropractor with a strong interest in treating orthopedic and sports injuries, professional development, and critical thinking? Looking to make a positive move in your career and join a true collaborative team? The ideal candidate will combine manual chiropractic techniques and rehab principles into client care. The ideal candidate should also possess strong case management and client engagement skills with an interest in brand building, customer service, social media and marketing. Resiliency, reflection and personal growth are a must! Prior experience in a private outpatient setting is preferred; however new grads will also be considered for the position. This position is set to start as soon as possible. *Company* *Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness* Our company is built on the following values: - Collaboration - Optimal Client Experience - Results Driven - Energetic - Specialized & Proficient The perfect candidate possesses these values with a drive to grow professionally and personally. *Position Overview* The ideal professional setting! -1 hour initial consults and 30 minute, one on one sessions with your client -Private treatment rooms -Health care professional owned facility -Company and clinic owners focused on values, culture, and outcomes. -Mentorship with a multidisciplinary team. -Supportive leadership and administrative teams focused on your professional growth. -Electronic medical recording. -Regularly scheduled mentoring and clinical thinking sessions. -Progressive, forward thinking company focused on the client and employee experience. *Company* -Have the ability to build and maintain a caseload of high value clients. -Be adaptable and versatile to the demands of a downtown population. -Able to receive feedback, track performance, and make changes as necessary. -Have an interest in pursuing leadership and critical thinking skills. -Has experience in private outpatient clinics. -Will prioritize self growth and personal development. -Good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. -Be open to feedback, attaining KPI's and embodying the company values.
