*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in baking and food preparation. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious baked goods that delight our customers. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. * Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation. * Decorate cakes and other baked goods with artistic flair. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety standards. * Package baked goods for display and sale, ensuring they are presented attractively. * Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs or inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. * Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods. * Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. * Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. * Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including early mornings or weekends.
