*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Minimum 4 yrs experience. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. * Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. * Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, scaling and root planing, * Utilize dental software systems such as Paradigm and Carestream for patient management and record keeping. * Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. * Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. * Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development opportunities. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations. *Qualifications* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. * Valid RCDSO dental license to practice dentistry. * Proficiency in using dental software such as Paradigm and Carestream. * Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. * Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
