About the jobYou will have the following responsibilities:Mission:The Senior Finance Manager - Plant is a key member of the finance team and a member of the plant direction committee. Reporting to the Finance Director Operations, he is responsible for planning, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the production costs of our plant (approximately 60 million costs) as well as capital investment projects.More specifically:Supervising and developing your team; a junior financial analyst responsible for closing, reporting and planning;Representing finance on the Plant Direction Committee,Animating some key performance management processes (Xosts, monthly productivity meeting)Lead the construction of the plant budget and the monthly revision of the budget;Co-present (with the plant director) the projections and risks/opportunities of our industrial costs.Lead the monthly closing of industrial costs (loss of raw materials, labour, maintenance, energy, etc.) and investments. Analyze, present and animate these results.Ensure the quality of information (costing, stock, etc.) and monitoring of control processes.Build ROI analyses of capital application projects.#LI-NORAM#LI-HYBRIDAbout youThe ideal candidate requirements:University degree in business administration with Finance or accounting;5-8 years of experience including controlling / financial analyses;Team management experience;FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) net sales controlling experience;Action oriented, courageous, agile, energic and positive mindset in front of new challenges;Motivation to implement new processes and to improve existing ones;Autonomous, rigorous and organized individual;Ability to build productive and positive business relationships, ability to listen and to influence others;Comfortable to work with multiple complex systems and with a large quantity of data (SAP, TPM system & BI);Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience;About DanoneAre you ready to join our incredible team?You will work for a certified B Corp company that has been named one of Canada's top 100 Employers for five consecutive years.
