Building Operator - High Rise Downtown - Base Salary to 60k/year - Calgary, AB Our client is a large residential real estate company that has a high rise located in Downtown Calgary. They are looking to add a Building Operator to the team on a full time basis. The company is looking for someone that has worked on commercial properties for at least 1+ years prior and has solid mechanical abilities. Responsibilities: Assist with performing general maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems including, but not limited to pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors and air handling units.
