Job details
Duties and responsibilities will include: Preparing conceptual design and presentation drawings, required for client and/or preliminary municipal approvals Generating and coordinating comprehensive permit/tender and construction documents including specifications Working independently or as part of a team on various project types, including the supervision of junior staff Existing condition documentation, both in field documentation and accurate drawing of such conditions Posses some understanding and experience of Contract Administration duties, including attending on-site meetings, responding to RFI's, issuing Contemplated Change Orders, reviewing shop drawings and performing Site Reviews Job Requirements: Must hold a bachelor's degree in architecture, architectural science, or a diploma in architectural technology Minimum of 5 consecutive years of proficiency in REVIT 5-7 years- LocationWindsor, ON
