We are seeking a driven and organized individual to join our team as an bilingual Senior Consultant. As a NetSuite Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing NetSuite solutions for our clients. Successful candidates for this role should possess a strong knowledge of NetSuite's capabilities in the product vertical (Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing). You will be advising the clients with a white-gloved approach to understand business needs, design solutions, and provide quality support to ensure the clients have the highest level of satisfaction. Responsibilities: Regularly engage with clients to strengthen business relationships, assess their satisfaction with services, and explore additional business opportunities.
