<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Position Hours: Full - Time Only (Monday through Friday)<br><br>Position Title: Customer Service Representative</strong><br><br><strong>Level: ENTRY (LEVEL 1): </strong>Entry-level professional with limited or no prior experience; learns to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity; works on developmental assignments that are initially routine in nature, requiring limited judgment and decision making.<br /> </p><p><strong>Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• deal directly with customers in person</p><p>• respond promptly to customer inquiries</p><p>• handle and resolve customer complaints</p><p>• obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle program inquiries</p><p>• set up new customer accounts</p><p>• process orders, forms, applications</p><p>• direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource</p><p>• communicate and coordinate with internal departments</p><p>• provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process</p><p>• attend all workshops, meetings & training sessions</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><p>• interpersonal skills</p><p>• communication skills - verbal and written</p><p>• listening skills</p><p>• problem analysis and problem-solving</p><p>• attention to detail and accuracy</p><p>• data collection and ordering</p><p>• customer service orientation</p><p>• adaptability</p><p>• initiative</p><p>• stress tolerance</p></div></div>
